Tell us whether you use iPhone or Android, your app version, what you were trying to do and what happened. Include the wording of any error message, if available.
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or confidential recordings. We will ask for additional details only when needed to investigate.
Privacy and account requests
For a privacy question or to request account and associated data deletion, email the same address from the email linked to your OffScript account. Use the subject “OffScript privacy request” or “OffScript account deletion”.
You do not need to reinstall the app. We may ask you to verify control of your account before acting on a request.
